Hi Everyone

I was driving home recently and was trying to avoid large traffic delays by driving through a local business park and I come across the Tampa Bay Automobile Museum

so upon getting home I looked them up and interestingly enough it is a museum of European classics, mostly French, British, German and at least one locally produced semi rare car :)

I figured I'd put up the site if you guys wanted to take a look.

http://www.tbauto.org

Have a great weekend
Cheers
Mark

Wish we had known about it , would have been a good day trip for us all , Mark.
KB ( back on line 3.5 weeks after Telstra disconnected us for no reason , then we found it was almost impossible to find anyone in Telstra who was interested in reconnecting us)

Telstra is a four letter word, or should be. It's what happens when a private company has a govt enforced monopoly.

Stop ranting, Matt & click the link! .......... ok...
Cheers, Matt.

Every right to rant about the telecoms.
3 1/2 weeks with out service would really suck .... :(

Kerry it's too bad I hadn't know about this museum before, it would have been a cool visit, I was expecting typical american muscle car type stuff..

Wow!

Love a museum that puts their collection up online... I mean, if I was in Tampa Bay, I'd be going ANYWAY, but I'm not so the website is the next best thing!

The Tracta E is interesting; I saw it come up in the slideshow and thought it was a Bugatti Royale with those big, smooth wheels! When I actually found the write up, I was interested to see how slammified* it was in the photo!!

I'm a sucker for a Cord....

The FergusonFormula-equipped Mustang AWD broke my brain... not sure a production number of '3' constitutes "first production AWD" though! The Jensen FF came out in 1966 and was definitely AWD and had ABS...and they made 320 of them!

I also like the Ruxton... it looks unimpressed. It reminds me of Sam the Eagle from the Muppets!

Nice find! When I win the lottery I'll come over there and we'll check it out!
