I don't change oil... I just keep topping it up with 40/70 and Donkey runs like clock work

By clockwork I mean: 7 tanks of gas to 1 4Lt bottle of oil (almost exactly)

maybe up too late last night, too many beers, what I found didn't meet my expectations ... :lol:

Back from powder coating, it's been well over a year since I've posted.. it would be pathetic if it hit two years,,but I am making some progress ... :oops:

hi mark a year certainly has gone so quickly ..mate your little gem is coming together ..you did mention the fuel tank is it r/s ..im sure theres one over here someone can post to you ..I myself am fresh out of those ...if its got holes ??? maybe get a quote for a mail x aussie ...love those wneels and the little bits n pices to make up your car ..howd you go with the Masonite board in the boot if you want more pics or dimensions just say.. I still have a jack here not brand new can send some pics ........keep at it mate ....another year hits the dust ..reminds me I better get out and do a bit cheers davo

Hi Davo, the tank will be ok it just looks rough, I think it would be quite expensive to post one of those from anywhere overseas, still have the masonite boot cover pattern but haven't cut it yet. got to get on it for 2015!

Thanks for the comment on the wheels mrflibbles, I think they turned out good.

Love seeing the random shots in peoples sheds etc. . Always something interesting or different in the background - eg. Mark's grille with the ultra rare "1300" badge on it. Progress on this project is still moving forward....... and not a long way to go to the end. Great

Nice work on the 2 door. Keep it up.

Interesting to see that the coil is a resistor type. Is that original? As far as I know, no local Belletts use external resistor type coils as standard.
