NICE!!

I love that shape Torana when I was a little tacker bouncing around the back seat of my dads HR Holden Station Wagon.

Good luck with the build.

Keep us up to date with photos please.

Neil

The only major job is remove the mirrors. And the car was on gas so I have to fill in the gas filler cap . Put petrol in the carb it started first hit . Gricey

It's story. Cheryls mum bought it new. In 1996 she had a full resto .in 1998 she put her self in a nursing home and gave her furniture to Cheryl and the car to cheryls brother . About 5 years later I negotiated a deal with brother . $5000, within about 1. Hour I had a truck on site to pick up. I also got a lot of parts including 2 xu1 dash boards and a 2 door wreck . Sold the wreck for $2000.. Think I did ok . My plan is to rego the car and take mun to lunch . Gricey

Congrats, beautiful car and a great bargain as well. The GTR will be most welcome at the 2013 Nats as long as I can sit it just for a minute :D

Nice one.Looks like its in pretty original condition Worth quite a few times more than $5000 now !
My neighbour has a green LJ GTR (and his wifes father also bought a Bellett new in 1967).
We have Chrysler vs Holden slanging matches over the side fence
