Guys and Gals,
Some of our participants have received varying instructions for assembly and departure from the Domain Parking station.
I am addressing this issue with the organisers, if you have anything different than departure at 0940 am in Convoy 17 I need to know, please come back to me urgently.

Can I get a show of hands? The GT-R or the Wasp?

Being a 1965 and sold brand-new in Sydney, the Wasp is a lot more representative of Belletts in Australia (well, Wasps in Australia, anyway) while the JDM GT-R is probably cooler in a 'it's a 2-door and they're all cool' kind of way.

What's the consensus? I've entered the GT-R, but I'm sure I'd be able to change it fairly easily.

Great to see you're coming Dave, I'd have trouble deciding too! The Wasp would likely be the only tub back, and the GT-R would be the mask grille example.
I'm hoping Allan is bringing his Florian so theres an example. I'll bring Doris.
Might be Shrek's turn next year.

Wasp I reckon.....way cool.
Cheers mate, Matt

The last time Walter was out was last years carnival and with a car run on the 11th Liz said I think I would like to drive him next weekend ;) I the darkness of the back of the shed he sits 3 flat tyres. I backed a work ute in to pump up the tyres and jump start him. Liz went and got the key and tried to start him I thought 12 months the battery will be flat but the fuel pump rattled it's head off for 30 seconds, she wound him over a bit and a couple of pumps it fired and they came out the shed checked to see If his brakes were good and of they went. Lizzies first drive of Walter since the accident. She drove patches once and Bruce a few times. Bruce is the hard 1 as most of Bruce is her race car.

News today is we will be located next to the Rolls Royce people as per 2013.
With the number of cars we have this year we may need to keep the cars a little tight leaving enough room to open doors if we are asked to by people wishing to view our cars.
Plans are going well, keep in touch should you have any questions.
Dave.

I know this will be met with scores of "typical", but I've backed out.

I've informed Dave M.

I'd like to say I'm really sorry, but I'm not. I'm really angry! That's totally different!

Cheers,

Dave
