Thanks Greg.
Will add this info to my planning diary.
I had planned this year to do tour of qld/nsw but only missed out by 2, 14 hour days. If it hadn't been for
Julie, I was going to rockup car less for the wekend. Mad scramble for a hire trailer.

Hell yeh!! You know I'm up for another road trip!!
Especially now that Coona mum and Coona dad have got me toilet trained :D

I've got a ratty old roof rack to put on the Donkey for my camping and fishing gear, a new set of super SUPER skinny crossplys for the pointy end of the car and some phat as flappers for the back. I may have to fix the crack in the radiator top tank and replace the squeeky wheel bearings in the back before this little parade through the country side though, maybe a petrol cap too.... and some bailey channel to stop the windows rattling an clanging.... and some bungs in the floor to stop the dust coming up through sections of road works, as it does.... and new wiper blades just in case it rains.... DAMN if it rains the windscreen will leak and my foot will get wet.... worse still, my precious bug collection will get washed off :o

Stuff it!
I'll drive it as it is!!

I might have to quit a job to get there but who gives a rats.... gotta get a job first ! spose.
We might just find another '64 barn find' on the way home like we did this year, who knows. :?

I might even knock up a ratty little trailer to bring with me just so we can carry all the tea, coffee and biscuits for all the stops on the way.

I'm getting all excited allready.
Somebody slap me please!

Intended route???
Are you serious Dave?
Thought you of all people would know that us Queenslanders just make it up as we go :D thats why its called zig zaging across the country side.

Note to Greg; we need to pick up Dave mid way through a zag.
Note to self; add extra tea, coffee and biscuits to trailer for Dave.

Who's next?

We could always have a progressive route, where we see who is going to join in and then mark their location on a map and then join the dots!! Could be quite interesting. :D

Hi road trippers.
Tracy tells me she's taking the friday off next year. We are an easy 4 1/2 hours from Merimbula, and are inland (just west of the range), so maybe there's a chance of us being a dot?
Maybe you could have a sleepover?
Then on the way south, there's a chance we could pick-up any Adelaide types down Wagga way, then cross the snowys - some nice driving roads. Just a thought.

You people are in for a huge road trip! I suppose we completed 5700 km in Doris in 2009.
Cool as.
Cheers, Matt. :)

This will be the mother of all dot to dot to dot to dot to dot to dot to dot to dots!

Hey Matt, don't worry about how many km's or miles it will be, because we cane toads can't count anyways.
That's why we're so good at playin' footy! :P

Maybe we should mark Gricey down as an X on the road trip....

After all, isn't that where the treasure is buried on every map? :D
