Hi all,

Just wondering if there is anyone who has a workshop manual for a 69 model Bell that covers the specs and info for front drum brake assembly? I am currently getting mod plates done for the existing disc brake conversion on my latest purchase and need proof on paper what the original was. I have a manual that covers the chasis and drive line but it is for a 64/65 and there is nothing in it to state that it is the same for subsiquent models. Therefore I need to track down info to state what it is.
If anyone by chance has one to cover a 69 and can possibly scan and email me a copy of the relative pages it would be greatly appreciated with many thank you's and hugs and kisses :P
My email should anyone be able to help out is tayboy74joineryartiste@yahoo.com.au

QT/RTA can be soooooo painful!

Many thanks in advance Geoff "Stickman" Taylor

This is from the WORKSHOP MANUAL FRONT AND REAR SUSPENTION SPECS (PR MODEL) thread:

all the workshop manuals are the same, ie: the same specs listed throughout.
i've been told that the pics of the cars themselves were changed late in the Bellett life from the early to late style, but i haven't seen this myself, so i can't confirm.
the GT's, both 90 and 91, had theiir own separate manual "suppliment" that wasn't supplied with the standard manuals.

The English language manuals seem to all date to 1966, with supplement sections for any issued or updated after 1966.

Getting closer to the question:
1. Did the front drum brakes change from 1964/65 to 1969?
2. Was there a suppliment issued for the manual to cover a change in front drum brakes?

Thanks for the quick replies,

I've been stuck out bush all weekend with a dead alternator and battery in my green machine so have only just seen messages this morning.
I'll pass on all the info I have mustered up the last few of days and pass it on to my engineer. I think I have all the info I now need to get the blue Bell from WA approved here in the sunny state.

Many thanks for the heads up guys.
VERY much appreciated, Geoff

Hi

Has anyone posted the wiring diagrams?
Or know where I can get a copy from?

Cheers
Rob
