Looks like a standard six bolt boss bolted to the wheel.

Someone in Australia was selling the HKB bosses for the Gemini several years ago. It is the same from Bellett through Trooper.

It looks like they are almost all the same, solid aluminum, 12 threaded holes for the two different six bolt patterns, ribbed plastic cover, made in China, a fraction of a degree off the factory wheel when bolted on so the rod ends need a small adjustment.

This one looks different. Aside from the item being upside down in the photo, the outside finish is smooth instead of accordion.

JT the boss kit is rx7 until around 68 then it is gemini spline. rx7 series 1,2,3 are the same spline it's the depth that changes. Davo's car is mid sixties teardrop so it will be rx7 unless the shaft has been changed which i doubt as it had a early gt wheel in it.
JT the bellett of yours is later model with strip tail lights so gemini should fit.

OK, didn't realize the early steering column was different. Sorry.

HKB shows a bunch of different RX-7 bosses. These look like they might be the oldest models of RX7 they show:
Vehicle Model # S102/S124系, Years S46/9~S53/2, Note: RX-3, Boss PN OR-17
Vehicle Model # SA22C系, Years S53/3~S60/8, (no additional note), Boss PN OR-18

It looks like they get less expensive for older cars, several show under 1200 Yen.

As far as offset, I have been using a one inch spacer in my FF Gemini to remedy the knees-fully-bent-arms-fully-straight Italian grand prix seating position.

all the early Mazda stuff is the same as each other. RX2 3 4 5 and early 7. 121 323 929 were the piston engined versions so they're use same too. Bellett's pre strip tailight model used this spline.
Strip tailight and later used Gemini spline. Column shaft is 1.5mm smaller in diameter than earlier Bellett's. TX to TG Gem's were all the same spline too
