Has anyone got any hints on opening the bonnet of a Bellett with a broken bonnet cable?

jeff have a look at the pictures of under the 2 gts latest storey by duane and flying under the bonnet there is a plastic cup in behind the mechanism ...I will have a look in the morning my cars in bits and see if you can get in via that cup I reckon that's why its there we shall see

sorry mate got the better of me phone torch ,,,,,that's a closed of partition only other way is I guess is getting your extended arm from underneath next to exaust ..up (wow) next option crow bar on the area where it locks down ..is there any cable??? can you cut it back then multigrips the inner ?? geez mate its a tricky one ..anyone else had this problem ???

BULLITT, there is the remains of a bonnet cable there, just hoping it hasn't broken off at the lever then I am going to be a contorsonist (excuse the spelling) to get the bonnet open.

good luck mate ..the adventure is about to begin .....all legs crossed the cable is secured to the mechanism ...(it will be ) and when you open the bonnet (you will) there sits a 2.0 motor Ha ha
