Seems I've been away (from this thread at least) for a while & missed all the excitement. Reading back over it, it seems to me that people were certainly not intending to offend, but offering opinion & constructive suggestions. I reckon you're onto the idea Dave, bringing in outside fellas. That provides independance, and more importantly like you say, frees our mates up to enjoy the day.
