The 2015 Nationals will be hosted by the Old School Japanese Car Club inc.
When :?: Starting the 25/sept/2015 This is the middle weekend of the September school holidays.
How long :?: over 4 days
Why :?: We have taken a leaf out Steve & Peggy's book start at 9.00am and after 2.00pm there is free time. This worked well as some went cruising while others socialised creating plenty of time to catch up with every one.
Where :?: in Toowoomba.
Accommodation deals are done so contact.
Toowoomba Motel and events centre.
07 46318600 ;)
mention bellett nationals.
no deposit needed until invites are sent out.
Toowoomba has its carnival of flowers the weekend before but still many festivities happening at this time, the good side is :D more to do in the area. The bad, accommodation will run out so book as soon as you know you are coming.
We have hired the function room and there is a bar and restaurant on site :D .
This is all the information needed at this time invites will be out months before the event. As well as other relevant information needed. 8-)
On behalf of the OSJCC bellett nats sub committee hope to see you in QLD 2015.

So here we are in 2015. Time to lay in some plans. I'm grateful for the timing as Tracy has taken on extra work and can't be taking long service this year, so thanks OSJCC.
We will be there, but dont know what in yet. I agree that the format in Tas was really good, with some great people time.

The nationals are a great time, so anyone out there with an early Isuzu, you should seriously consider coming along. Yeah there is a cost, but its moderate and great value, and the cars have to get out there sometime. And it sets a target for getting tidy-up finished. And your car doesn't have to be mint, they all have a story and will be welcomed.
And the time with common interest people?....well that is the best of all.

Cheers friends, see you there!
Matt.

Well, what a surprise, bringing the Bellett Nationals to me this year, would be a bit hard to get out of this one I reckon, if I can do anything to assist, let me know.

I am the secretary of the Darling Downs Model Railway Club here in Toowoomba, yeah, OK, not cars, but would love to host the Belletts at our Model Railway Museum & Display Centre in the Toowoomba Showgrounds.

We spent a weekend in Toowoomba a couple of weeks back reckied the runs took notes ect. most of the nats are now in place. We need to finalise a couple of things before invites go out in the next couple of weeks.
So watch your emails after easter as invites will be out.
The motel has some bookings already so if you are coming book a room no deposit required.
more info soon as we are 5.5 months out now.

As the Bellett Nationals are going to be in my hometown, I certainly hope i will get to see everyone.

I am heavily involved in Model Trains here in Toowoomba, during the Carnival of Flowers, we have our Model Railway Museum & Display Centre open, I am hoping you will choose to place us on the agenda for a visit.

I'm just sorry I can't offer a Bellett to add to the fray, you will have to put up with my XC Falcon.

Hi all we are waiting for 1 final document on the merchandise we are finalizing this as we speak then invites will be emailed out. We have started a new email address [bellettnats@outlook.com] so when they are sent out please check your junk mail. When the Toowoomba nationals are completed we will advise the 2016 nats organisers the password and they will then have the invite list for 2016. If you were on the mailing list but do not receive a invite please feel free to send a message to bellettnats@outlook.com

I have tried to contact someone in charge via the Old School Japanese Club without luck.

As most of you would know, I live in Toowoomba now and am heavily involved in Model Trains, I wish to offer the Conventioners the opportunity to attend our Model Railway Clubhouse Museum & Display as part of the schedule.

Also, hope I am not out of line, but there is a photo of me in the Amaroo Park Crash going in Australian Muscle Car, along with, I believe, a plug for the Bellett Convention.

I can also assist with media promotion through my contacts here in Toowoomba and surrounding districts.

I realise the Convention is a closed Invitation thing, but feel that any publicity for the Belletts and derivatives is good publicity.

Please don't hesitate to tell me if I am out of order, but some communication would assist in knowing just what "I" can do to help this important Annual occasion.
