Brett, Fantastic, though I had the date as August 1995 Canberra, I am possibly wrong but you have hit the nail on the head. The red 117 was owned by a chap named Sam I think from Sydney, the car was put together from two and had no chassis number. and the Florian can not recall either, if anyone can shed any further light please do !

actually geoff, i think u may be right with 1995....
had a think about it more.... (has been a very long day....) but is a long and involved story of who lived where at what time, what car was painted what colour, and where they were painted, but adding it all together now looks 90% like 1995.
cheers!

geoff....
BTW, i posted the owner's names for each car with their respective usernames on bellett.net, and those who arent on here with their 'normal' names.
do u want each bellett.net user's real name to add to the pics, as i know each of them.
cheers.

Hey Brett, i thought it would be good to post some older pic,s you nailed it and I hope others enjoyed what was there, as you have said, many are still around with their owners or have passed onto other enthusiasts, to keep the Bellett family together.

In pic 6 the white sedan in the back ground was mine then, now owned by Gary Smith.

The Red 117 (Sams) was eventually stolen from somewhere in Sydney and never seen again.

Seriously, who steals a 117? "Hmm, I have no idea what this is, but i'll steal it anyway"

Most bogans steal Commodores and Falcons! And Taragos, last time I saw the statistics (older Commodores have all been stolen and new ones are too hard to steal).

Brett's brain is chock full of the histories of dozens of cars! "Oh yeah, that's the ex-Joe Bloggs, ex-Jane Doe, ex-John Smith car now owned by blah blah!"

Write 'em down before you kill it with Jack Daniels!
