I have disconnected the arms from the motor. Motor works, but the bars (arms) are stuck.

You can easily disconnect both arms from the motor to see which or both are stuck. See drawing from Bullett. You remove that entire assembly from the car by taking off the nuts on the outside of the car and motor. Then it might be possible to free up the arms using some penetrating oil or similar and slowly wiggling the levers each way.

I believe I will get the mirror from Finland.

But another problem has came up - can anybody tell me a spare part serial number or code for the brake cylinder (inside the drum) gasket. It is impossible to search it by measure. I'm sure the same gasket can be found on other cars also, but the problem is finding it. If anyone has a part number, it would help finding it.

Thanks.
What I need is detail number 20 on the front brake diagram.

I believe it can be found on other cars, but it is impossibe to find it from spare parts database by measures. Some serial number or part code would be really helpful.

Tomorrow I'll go check in a hydraulics shop, they thought that finding it by size would be possible.

It's a gasket between the cylinder and piston.

I am not sure about the term, but my problem is a leak from that "cup". Need to replace it, but of course it's not possible to brake repair kit for Bellett, so I need to find a replacement.

Let's see what the hydraulics guys say.

Brakes are still missing, the hydraulics guys couldn't help.

Rear lights I will get from finland.
Water bottle I suppose will be replaced with a tank from some other car. I think I will add an electric pump. Maybe later go back to original system.

Turn signals, wipers etc work for now.

Biggest challenges to go are:
1) Cleaning, protecting and covering the bottom
2) Building the muffler.
3) Gearbox oil needs to be changed.
4) The engine - I don't know what surprises it has for me. It doesn't start without adding some brake cleaner straight into carburettor. Previous owners have said that the engine smokes badly, I'll see about that. I suppose there are two main possibilities for smoking - piston rings or valve guides.
