early KB20's (chev luv's) that used the 1600 Bellett style engine had those filter mounts.
thought this might help with your search.
cheers.

Hi, just thought I'd let you know that I am not taking up on the $100 for the spin on adapter after you offered it to me on this site AND on the phone for $60. Thanks but no thanks. Anyone else who has an adapter....I still would like one....if not I will continue with the drop in type. I have one more filter so I can go for a while yet. Ta.

Brisbellett... remember that the normal cartridge, drop in type of Bellett filter is still available, although not from Ryco, so maybe changing to the spin on type isn't needed.
See the other thread about filter part no's about the different filter manufactuers and their part no's.
Hope this helps.

Found one! Local Chevy Luv enthusiast who still had the old engine from his upgrade and he sold the adapter to me for $20.00! Thanks for the tip. Clyde
