That is a different yellow GT to the one that I was chasing a couple of years ago, or it maybe the same car but not in the condition that it was back then, from memory only had about 30000 k's on it and was in newar perfect condition.

Even if it did have another 0. it's probably the best one I've ever seen, I did want it and wrote some very nasty letters to the dealer. Just googled them and looks like very inactive, maybe part of IS :shock:

it's a real nice looking car alright.
Too good to be true, probably ....... I know what it's like chasing these cars....the word Elusive comes to mind. Evasive maybe !

There is a similar car on IS but in red. Looks just as nice. Probably been thru' their shop. It seems to come and go on the their pages and Yahoo.

Can you give as an idea of the fees involved in getting any of these parts, Skyline?
Dont want to bid and win some stuff and then find out it will cost another 40% more to make sure your friend is not out of pocket and to cover time and calls and running the stuff down to the post office tec etc etc.

Thanks again for all the effort.

Hey Oz - to answer your question. Fees are a flat 15% on top + paypal fee. Minimum is 1,500Yen per item. All shipping/post charges are at buyers expense - options are varied here depending on urgency for the item. EMS is expensive, particularly if item is heavy but can be had within 2 weeks. Semail is anywhere from 4 - 8 weeks but is considerably more economical for heavier items up to 30kg. Size dimensions also come into play but most is ok for these postal options. Obviously heavier items such as gearboxes, engines, cars and panels need container shipping which isn't a problem......

So if an item is up to 10,000Yen, commission is 1,500Yen + paypal fee + shipping (domestic + international)

If an item is over 10,000Yen, commission is 15% + paypal fee + shipping (domestic + international).

I'm confident other local service options will be more expensive :shock: unless you know someone in Japan yourself..... :P

A few happy Bellett people's already!!! 8-)

Plenty of sales literature/brochures available at all times.

Some simple search terms which you probably already know:

Bellett = ベレット

Isuzu = いすゞ

Isuzu Florian = いすゞフローリアン

throw these into Yahoo Japan directly to get results:

http://auctions.yahoo.co.jp/

Add text such as GT-R, PR90 etc to Bellett as well to vary your searches...

and 117 to Isuzu

Try them in google.co.jp as well

Can most likely organise a group buy on things like brake pads if they can't be 'got' locally....can then negotiate on prices a bit easier if buying a quantity!!
