Further to my previous post above I have gone through my parts bin and found three distributors. The part numbers on them are as follows:
8230-0093 according to the parts manual is for a G150 or G150D
8230-0086 Unknown what this belongs to and the same goes for 5-81300-016-0.

Does anybody have a pair of GT Air Cleaner Lids (same as the chrome ones in the picture attached) they are willing to sell me.
