Thanks, Matt, good to know they are quality pieces. Might get some front indicator lenses as mine are cracked although still in one piece.

The address you have given above is the same as the website for the DAMAX Mouldings that does have a website. I assume it is the same person you mention given that the email address given on that site is [email protected]

Re: McLaren’s Bellett
It may have gone the same way as the Nissan Datsun stash of parts when the factory sponsored rally campaign ended in Australia. The rumour was that it was all destroyed.

McLaren’s Bellett
There is an article on the web site Primotipo about Bruce McLaren and his Isuzu Bellett, racing in England. An interesting titbit in the final paragraph of the piece.

That is a fantastic resto , peterd, and an absolute credit to you persistence to get the job done to the highest standard. Can’t see it on the pictures you have posted but I have the sticker for the jack I had printed some yours ago courtesy of Redback doing some computer fancy work. If you are ...

Glen, if you google K7308X you should come up with VCCAtas.org.au listing one for sale on their club website.

Re: Reston twin losing its yellow paint
Hello Clyde,
I see you have found some side repeater lights but given you are not strictly going ‘standard” you could have used some side repeaters from a Jeep XJ that are a similar size and shape to the Bellett lights.

Peter,
Don’t forget that JP PISTONS is a local (to Adelaide) firm and may be worth talking to to find out what possibilities and cost.

I will take them off your hands rather than dump them and if anyone else wants them I don’t
Need them but am happy to store them. I go to Melbourne a few times a year so could deliver them there if necessary.

Re: Jack and air cleaner stickers
Redback, the best measurements I can get from my jack sticker are: 45mm wide and 28mm high. The red line boundary is 1mm from the edge of the sticker. (So the measurement from red line to red line is 43mmx 26 mm)

Re: Jack and air cleaner stickers
I thought there might be a surviving sticker out there somewhere. Although it is very faint there is a Bellett/ Isuzu logo at the top but the name of the tool company is the main missing bit.

That is very sad news. My wife and I recently met him in Hobart (about 20 days ago) and he was full of enthusiasm for his projects.
