Re: Suspension bushes

That’s great news Peter! And many thanks for initiating this necessary parts remanufacture.
I did get some steering rack rubbers from this SA company.
I must check my rear gearbox rubber mount to see how soft it is and look at getting one as well.

I haven’t been on the forum for many weeks Peter so I have to say I am very impressed with your thorough and methodical progress. It was great having a chat with you recently to talk about things including the front panel and headlight assembly.
Glad to hear your health issue is as rare as a PR90 ...

Hi Peter,
Excellent to see you working on such a rare car! Let me know if you need any specific photos of my PR90 Inside or out to help with its reassembly.
I have attached a photo of the original sticker under my PR90 bonnet ( that I carefully removed before its restoration in 1991 then reattached ...

Re: ALL JAP DAY AT BANYO QLD

Yes, It was another hot day at Banyo with a great variety of vehicles turning up, but not as many as last year.
The biggest surprise was Gary, Matt and Zac Smith turning up in a beaut Toyota Crown saloon ( which Gold Coast brother Greg lent him for the day) which Gary reports is so smooth and quiet ...

Re: The QLDers Mudgee (via Albury) Nationals Roadtrip pics

Sydney to Mudgee leg to arrive for this year's Isuzu Nationals. A great sunny drive up the blue mountains stopping at a few places....Katoomba, The 3 sisters at Echo Point, The renovated Art Deco Hydro Majestic hotel for morning coffee, then on to Mudgee. Even had time to stop at Petersons Winery in ...

Re: The QLDers Mudgee (via Albury) Nationals Roadtrip pics

I left the Gold Coast this morning. No doggie send off this year as they had already gone off to spend the day with Donna playing at Canine Cubby.
So i put my new Subie to bed for the week and headed down the highway. I got to Ballina and thought this big prawn who's hiding a big Bunnings store is ...

Re: My Dubbo Wasp

Hey Sticky,
It's got to be an electrical issue if it's running, but rough or missing. The 12 volt wire to the dizzy looks partly exposed and maybe shorting to earth outside the dizzy..make sure the little plastic insulator block where that 12v goes through the dizzy wall is not cracked, I would find ...

Re: Japanese Mag wheels identify

It's been a while since I've had a look at this website and it's changed a bit. It used to list the rarity or difficulty level of finding each type of wheel. The main 2 contenders I would consider upgrading either of my GTs with are Watanabe (like Tom has) or Hayashi racing ( like Brett has) as they ...

Re: bellett stickers

Hi Davo,
I think you are right about dealers putting stickers on the rear windows like my white GT Lily. My mums blue teardrop had one but I can't remember whether it was a dealer's name or "Bellett". You could put a "Bellett.net" sticker on :) to make it look similar to what you remember. Dave from ...

I pass in my condolences to his family and friends also.
