Re: G150 Rebuild Kits?
Yes I am absolutely going to remove welch plugs for an acid bath (it has been sitting in the back of my shed for 10 years I think - I remember doing the same for the motor in Stinky now.
It is not a rant when it is advice CQ - all good. I am very open to advice - that is why I post these things so Bellett.net can give me heads up!! I thank you all!
Thanks Dave for the info on the Cam Bearings - will let you know how I go.
Cheers,
Neil

Somewhere in the old memory bank I recall that 1200 Suzuki Motor cycle bearings were being modified to fit.

Re: G150 Rebuild Kits?
I have a new set here a forum member helped me get
it's up to that forum member to say if he can get more as I think the supply is low if not gone.

Thanks Neil
I don't need any now, but the info could help soembody out maybe. I wonder if the SOHC and DOHC lay shaft uses the same bearings.... i would imagine so.

Re: G150 Rebuild Kits?
I have already checked with acl about getting them remade and they will do them but need to order a min of 300 sets very expensive I'll have a look through my spares as I should have a few spare sets that I won't need. Peter.
