Yeah how the hell did we miss it come up again? I don't have any permanent searches set up on Gumtree... perhaps I should!
She's one of those cars really on the cusp; it's very saveable, but there's probably a better one out there as a starting point. The main problem with the Florian is that you could be waiting 5 years for that one to come up!
Man, it annoys me; if that was a bloody HK Monaro there'd be people clambering all over each other to save it and pull a hundred g's out of the mortgage to fund a restoration... but it's 'only' a Florian. I ask you this; which one is the rarer of the two cars?!?!?!?
Good to see it's gone to a good home and good to see that you have a LUV. I was hoping to get a pigeon pair as I was trying to secure the early LUV that has just recently been floating around eBay and Gumtree, however at the time (about 3 yrs ago) the guy didn't want to sell it. Now I can't have a LUV as I've got too many other cars!
