When I bought my GT the previous owner installed some flyscreen on the top hose. It was full when I stripped it down. Biggest problem was that the radiator was blocked anyway and the coolant smelled like the local sewerage pump station. Local radiator bloke that recored the radiator told me that it was a common smell when the coolant had not been changed for ages. Suggest start from front to back and include heater core for a refurbish.
