Considering I live in one of the bogon capitals of Australia that wouldn't surprise me ;)
Every time I drive down the corner shop or the bottle'O I get a couple of nuggets yell out "Do a burnout" in that familiar half cut mumble while they try to high five each other but simply end up slapping each other in the face instead.......

Really wish I was coming Rod, more that you can imagine

If it was me that booked the flights I would have flown to Launceston, hired a car and driven to Devonport, welcomed everyone off the boat, had breaky and morning cruize, driven back to Launceston THEN caught a flight to Perth :D ........ but my sister booked the flights so it's direct to Perth from Brisbane

We'll miss you big time Sticky, have a good trip to Perth.

By the way, Rod was referring to the NW coast in his remarks about boguns. We don't have them down South where the more refined and genteel of us Four Door Sedan owners normally reside, whilst sipping herbal tea, reading the Financial Review and pondering the forces shaping the social milieu of which we are a part.

But rest assured I will be there in spirit of the nationals despite being west coast bound.

Well the QLDers have started the roadtrip to Tassy and I am at home feeling all sad and sorry for myself.
I planned to do the first leg to Yamba with Mr Orphanage, Mrs Lizzie and Coona mum n dad but the monster size conference table I am making atm went a bit pear shaped in the timing department and meant I had to stay and work on it today instead :( :(

Greg and Liz did pop in at the workshop however as they started to head south, so I did at least get to wave them off at least.

Safe travels my fabulous friends :)
Looking forward to all the pictures and stories of the great adventure that is ROAD TRIPPIN"

We will no doubt miss borh you and Donkey mate, hope your Perth trip is a success. And yes, you will be with us in spirit.
Safe travels my northstate friends, sorry we're not home to call on! (Not really, I like where we are!)
Make sure Gricey uses a clean barbie!
Are you all landing on Thursday the 17th? If so we will be there to greet you, primed and ready to croooze!
This state is amazing, a month is nowhere near enough, but we are getting a good glimpse.
See you in less than a week!
Cheers, Matt.
