That is a good call Al. White is one of my favourite colours to paint a Bellett.

At the rate you are going at the moment I have no doubt we will see what it looks like in white by about 3 o'clock this arvo  . Keep up the great work can't wait to see this car finished.

Yep, keep it up! I'm looking forward to the finished product in the new year. Although even just seeing her in the coat of primer looks 100% better!

Cheers,
R.

Hmm perhaps access to imageshack has been banned here at work or something.

That would be typical!

I bet work would re-consider if they knew it resulted in me being sledged by a Kiwi!

(I'm parched-ez bro)

Looking even better now Alistair! That colour suits the old girl and now with a nice new bonnet badge as well....

I'm jealous :)

The pics of all the hard work are great with any luck you'll be driving her again soon!

BTW did anyone resolve the rear spring upside down question?

Cheers,
R.

No not yet but during the week next week I will flip the leaf over and see if it has any effect on it!

Have got the next two weeks off, so will be spending some serious time on it!

Gloss blacked the mesh and gave the chrome bits a quick tidy

Image
And the headlight buckets

Image
Front end is complete minus indicators and the bellett 1500 badge still being painted.

Image
Bit more of the grill

Image
Exterior starting to get pieced together

Image
Bellet with its german cousin (my daily)

A couple issues someone had pointed out to me. The bonnet isnt aligned properly yet I know :P Also the gap between guard and front swage is different on the two sides, so sue me and the chrome isnt mint yet, but Im trying to meet a deadline for a meeting in 7 days so there will be things I need to go back to! Sorry for the little updates, just chipping away at it :)
