Some times it's dam hard . I can struggle to put in a screw or bolt in then One of my boys can do it in a flash. May be I am getting old and won't admit it . Gricey

Don't forget this car was blue and green when new. Just that my blue is a bit brighter makes me different . Gricey

Mate, I know what you mean. I need the reading glasses to see the bolt hole, +1 for standing & working under the bonnet, +1.5 for closer range stuff, & +2 for laying underneath! So I spray the bolt with WD40, then find the glasses aren't strong enough, so change them, but get greasy stuff on 'em, so clean 'em. By this time I've lost the light & have to get the forehead torch!

I've been doing a bit of tidy-up work on the Roman Red in the carport with an average temp of about 6 degrees. Old fingers are even slower & crampier when it's cold! Knees ache after crawling around. I wanna hoist!
Ah well, all good fun, hey ol' mate? :D

You are making great progress, keep into it! ;)
Cheers mate. Matt.

hey Gricey, is that a 1500 alloy head or 1600 alloy head engine your fitting in there?

is the body a 68 deluxe?
and i know whats its like to use glasses for EVERYTHING and need more and more light to be able to do car work. and yes, have different strengths for different jobs as well.
not to mention being even more stuffed than ever after a full day in the shed. have to pace it out now. every 2nd weekend off.

not sure if the colours match or clash a little. i am sure the ladies of the group will tell us.

cheers

Oz

Wahoo go Mr Percy, the top of my head was getting tender
You are bit like me Gricey, trying to keep with the technology!!!

I like the way you the motor painted Gricey, will look even better in real life, no doubt!!! 8-)

I am tryinmg to fix my brakes by repalcing the master cylinder, BUT murphy has struck again, can't stop a leak from the line from the master cylinder to the brake block and switch. NOT to worry, Burt Bros Brakes East Farfield, here comes Dave!!!
