Hey Dave,
Yep I got a "Dog" on the front of my crank - but don't have the "Swinging Numberplate" but I am sure I could work that out.
I will check in my boot for the retainers.

maybe some steel rod, a roll pin and Oxy set would do the trick ? If all else fails.

The Morris 1000 crank handle looks too thin compared to the one pictured however I did have a series MM with a much thicker crank handle. The one I had, did have a nice how would you put it? Well the handle turned separate from the rest. I may, no garuntees, be able to get one?

I used to have 2 but I had one (my good one) stolen out of the boot of Donkey at a car show a couple of years ago.
The only one I have now which came with the rusty Bundaberg car, and it is all pitted from rust too

ironically the front sway bars are virtually the same thickness ..and so close to the bends ...
