Seems I've been away (from this thread at least) for a while & missed all the excitement.
Reading back over it, it seems to me that people were certainly not intending to offend, but offering opinion & constructive suggestions. I reckon you're onto the idea Dave, bringing in outside fellas. That provides independance, and more importantly like you say, frees our mates up to enjoy the day.

But whats kept me busy enough to miss all this?...............
