I'm really sorry about your car been called "Bently" after this comment from a fellow "Bentlyite";
"Dude, why are people always giving us sh_t like we think we're too good for other cars or something? I mean, I've never acted snooty at all. I think they're, like, projecting. Besides, I'm not rich — I don't know about you, but I've never had any money personally — and I'm getting pretty sick of this. I'll drive by somewhere and other cars will do the sarcastic "ooh la la" thing when they pull up next to me. It's really unfair. My owner is rich, ___holes. Not me. I can't really help what I am. You know what it is? It's racist, is what it is."
I'm so sorry

You crack me up
IF I were to build a "REAL" one I think first of all I would have to spell it right..... "BENTLEY"
But as this is a bitsa build (without the all the bits to build) then I guess "Bently" is the perfect name after all
No offence to all you real Bentley's out there (you are strong, you are beautiful and you are important)

While on the subject of GT rear windscreens, I have just made some inquiries on the cost getting a small run made. Will let all know the outcome of that once I get a reply from the manufacturer

That is one of my favorite tables I've made yet (not the biggest though) but there aren't too many people prepared to pay the kind of dollars that sort of table costs. I'd love to get more orders for that sort of work.

Matt.
Well actually Matt I'm a Joinery machinist by trade so I'm a timber door and window guy. My main area off expertise is in heritage and custom/architectural joinery. I have a few feathers under my cap in that area where I've had to replicate exactly the existing doors and windows in buildings in Brisbane like Customs House, Treasury Office (Treasury Casino), Royal Albert Hotel, City Hall, St Margaret's Cathedral just to name a few. Then there is all the multi squilian dollar homes throughout Brissy and Sydney I've done also + places like Sirromet Winery and Mackay Court House.
The tables and all other types furniture inc restoration and modification are more of a paying hobby that my youngest brother and I registered as a business (GaRT Design) 4yrs ago and only in the last 12mths has that started to pick up to the types of tables in the picks.
I also make speakers lecterns now too, with a smooth as silk electric post actuator, finished a batch of 16 of them in March that got shipped all over Australia

Then of course there are all the little play projects too like......
TROPHIES

JEWELRY STANDS

and.......

But your right in one thing Farmer Matt, I do need to hang stuff on a GT body and when the time comes I WILL

.....I also do house painting too
.....I'm also a casual laborer for a termite/pest control company (Conquer Termites - Northside)
HELL I'd pick up dog crap in someones back yard if they'll pay me to
Oh yeah, I also help out in an organic whole foods/vegan cafe at Sandgate on occasion (Satori Organics) well actually I don't really help much. It's more like I stand in the kitchen chattin' with the girls and drinking their coffee

but I did do the shop fitout for them
