nice pics rod.
we were lucky enuf to have some of those cars at phillip island 2 weeks ago for the PI Classic.
ask yellowperil about it.... he was like a kid in a lolly shop!
some were also at the grand prix last week too. we were lucky enuf to have the dick johnson 82 "red roo pipe" falcon invited along for display this year too.
we were also supposed to bring it to tassie for longford, but jeez.... we gotta work sometime to pay for it all too!
a few of the boys i know are down there looking after allan moffat's mustang too.... yep, tough life for some!
again, nice pics, and half your luck!

nice pick up there gerry.
that's definitly not original.... isuzu never made them like that.
all tear drop sedans had the normal early dash. the later dash as that car has came out with the square tailights.
so obviously the owner has changed them, along with doing the required panel mods, for some reason or another.
cheers.

Great pics Rod. Glad you had a good day out.
Looks different with the late dash /early grille & tail combo, and GT-R mirror/paint scheme.
I know of another with the opposite - early dash/late tail set-up & with early grille. Over the years some mods were made, usually as a result of rear-enders.
Variety is the spice of life!
Cheers mate.

I am pretty sure the owner of this bellett has a gt engine whether it's fitted yet

. The engine no will be the original one for patches

. As patches had a transplant during his life

Hey Rod,
There was a good mix of vehicles there on the day but seems japanese was a minority like mixed shows I sometimes attend.
Love your 30 foot sign. Ain't no mistaken what vehicle you have from 30 feet away
Stops the public from saying what car is that?
Cheers,
Lewis
