The way these things are changing owners lately and with the turn out at the jap nationals it would seem that a eh holden would be harder to find. I had a gt sandblasted last week i might just go and buy one instead

NZ Gt aka " MILDRED " is on her way, will leave Wanganui today for Aukland to depart NZ on the 8th, and should be in Bribane on the 12th, then customs and the rest of the bullshout and maybe ..............Coona !!!!!
and why Mildred you ask, The Red Wasp is called George and I think if you have a George you should have a Mildred.

Mildred. Sporty!

Maybe some will 'dred' the sound of that 'mil' closing fast on their tail?
(Yeah, I know, 'Dad-joke')
I like your style - understated names for choice cars!
Mammoth effort if you can make Coona! Nice that you've brought this car to where it will be apreciated.
Good news,
Matt.

Woot! It's good when Belletts enter Australia.
Haven't heard of many leaving to go back to Japan, however I know it happens with a few Jap classics as they are always on the lookout for our (relatively) dry cars.
Having said that, a mate of mine just sold a 1967 Mitsubishi Colt 1000 sedan here in Adelaide on eBay and it went to an enthusiast in GERMANY of all places!
The Internet has seriously made the world a smaller place.
Ross and I tossed up getting a 1971 sedan from NZ a few years ago; the importers we spoke to told us we couldn't be serious of a POS like that... so we lost interest.
(and didn't have the cash)
So that's awesome mate!

No it's safe I think, Glad it wasn't on that ship, or I would be walking on water now. Havn't heard anything today but should be in Brisy now. 9 Days till we leave for Coona.
