Another Event that is worth a visit, held in the Jack Brabham PARK in the South of Orange next door to Bloomfield Hospital, entry $8-00..
You can, if you wish make a weekend of it, by going to the Car Show on Saturday, the dinner on Satutrday night with 3 Guest speakers next year. I think the dinner charge is $48-00.
On Sunday they have a tour of the district ending up with a lunch, which for a couple of dollars, will be supplied.
I will, when I get back home post the Entry form and pamphlet of the weekend.
I have entered for next February 11th & 12th 2012. No limit on numbers.
This year I was fortunate to take out best Classic post 1967.
See you there!!

Hello again Guys and Gals,
Don't forget next years Gnoo Blas Calssic Car Show, on the 9th February 2013, the Car Show on SATURDAY night, with guest speakers Jim Richards and an old Bellett driver of the past, Colin Bond at the dinner on Saturday night.
On Sunday 10th Feb will be a tour of the Orange District and wineries.
I wil be going to the Car Show if anyone wishes to join me, this coming week I will post the entry form, the entry has gone up next year to $10-00.
This is a good opportunity to have a look around another region, for personal reasons I did not get there this year after entering, however I am again planning to go this time.
If you are interested, let me know one way or another and we can meet up!
Dave M.

Ooops, I forgot to mention, cars can be entered on the day, only means the entry into the grounds is a little slower, no late charge however, still only $10-00.
C'mon Ladies and Gents, who is coming along??
Orange can be one of 2 types of days, very hot or very cold, doesn't matter, this is stilla good Event, I usually only go to the car show, I have only been to the dinner once before, many years ago, a good night also.

Comon Guys and GALS, WHO IS GOING TO ORANGE ON THE 9th Feb?????
I will be there, stone dents in the guards and all, hopefully we will not have the 2 extremes of weather I have had there during previous years, one year over 40 odd degrees, another year too bloody cold!!
I would like not to be the ONLY one!!!

Well Guys we had a crowd at Gnoo Blas Classic this year!! 1 GT!!
It was as previously suggested a hot day, however the array of cars was fantastic!
I had many friends from past years to catch up with, I took 1 photo on the way home, the view was fantastic!! The photo with the GT on the side of the road a location called Aarons Pass, between Ilford and Mudgee.
A great day missed all you Guys and Gals with Belletts, Florians and WASP'S, MAYBE next time!!

Thank you Matt and Lewis,
Not a lot of Japanese cars, however there was a very nice Mazda Coupe 1000cc motor, I did not get a chance to take a photo

before he left, I saw it again in Bathurst on the way home, but it was mobile as I was.
Over 400 cars there again, they changed all the categories so we are up against the Mustangs and the like.
Ahh not to worry, being there was tops anyway!
I did not see a lot of Japanese cars at all, a lot of pomy stuff, a surprising number of Triumph Heralds, including a convertable, a very nice Sunbeam Tiger also. Even some Vanguards.
Lewis, I would like to remove the date and have it mounted, I like it also!!
Dave.
