So today I went through the GTN and found a few goodies. Unfortunately not the rear diff parts I was hoping for.
The a/c unit from the black car was in the trunk along with some old brake drums, a clutch, and amazingly enough the original jack and tire block.
I had to laugh when I finally looked at the headliner of this thing. It seems to be my curse that I am constantly removing BEAUTIFUL headliners while restoring cars. Oh well. I did find a plastic isuzu keychain with the matching lic plate numbers on it as well!! Gotta find joy in the little things, and this was the littlest thing I found in the car.
I am now the owner of an Isuzu bellett engine manual from 1965. I doubt it will be of any real use to me as both these are post 71 models. It seems pretty basic in the info it gives but i'd be happy to scan any sections for anyone that wants them. It is made up of SEVERAL smaller booklets, each detailing another system of the vehicle. I was excited to see the electrical manual as I know how important those can be. I've swapped enough japanese motors into US cars to know its a MUST HAVE.
