Well if you believe the front body panels just need paint I guess you will also believe the motor is fully reconditioned.

He also said that when his daughter rolled her car after hitting rocks on the side of the road at Deepwater, the car barrel rolled for almost a kilometer....... :?
She must have been doing the speed of sound when she lost it........ lucky for her the Bellett is a tough little car

Must have updated the grill, tail lights, complete interior, roofline, guards, doors (chrome on wrong side of hip line) engine (has a 5 bearing not 3) Chassis number........ I think the guy was just a little short of oil and was in need of a tune up

Ever considered he may just have some mental health issues and to him what he is saying is real.

Shame boys, shame.

And no less on a public forum

Yeah, thats a fair point.
The thing is, we don't always see the problem under the surface. But sometimes the surface can be in your face, and we react.
I hope he finds a home for the car with someone who can use it. Nice if the poor ole thing can be saved, or at least contribute to a saving.
Cheers, Matt.

Been chatting to Peter about the car the past few days.
Seems he's looking to sell the property and doesn't want the cars to go to the crushers should he have to clear them out.
Still chatting with him so will see what eventuates. They are pretty far away from me mind you.
But if it was teardrop I'd have been there already to collect and would be at home by now :D

I've just got home from Sydney. While I was there I thought I should at least have a look. I sent a message and got a reply, asking if I was the usual madman. I replied that I am a Bellett fan, but received no more messages.
Ah well, it must be for someone else. Hopefully it gets saved.
Cbeers, Matt.
