BCCV trip to bendigo

Hi All
BCCV was recently approached to see if there was anybody in the Bendigo area who could visit a guy named Eric there.
Eric has terminal cancer and is not expected to live for a lot longer and he used to have a Bellett himself back in the 60's. The family told us he is always talking about his beloved Bellett. Unfortunately we have no Bendigo members.
Three cars piloted by Brett, Craig (2 GT's) and myself (Sport), drove up in the rain I might add, to find a sunny Bendigo and met Eric. Eric was very surprised to say the least, to see a Bellett again and had many stories to tell of his life with a Bellett.
The extended family welcomed us as one of their own and treated us to a lovely lunch and nibbles. A great day, spoilt by rain on return trip also. Around 400km trip, no issues with the cars.
