I made mine up by cutting an old biscuit tin (with scissors) , hold in place with a couple of self tappers, and then sealed it with silicon and painted. I then sealed this part to the body with reinforced duct tape after it was bolted in . Works very well. It cannot be see when installed.

I forgot to say that the "bowl overflow" pipes run down to near the "cross member, steering rack ..." and empty onto the ground......(I think maybe (going by a fuzzy original Sale Brochure picture) there was a short length of hose on the bottom of the pipe originally (I maybe wrong...)

Generally more pics. at the petrol station while refueling the tow car and having a coffee before the trip home .........
A quick clean up and polish will make the Teardrop look a million Kronas......!

Great find.....well worth keeping and rejuvenating/restoring. Simple and easy to work on.
I would suggest that you contact the Bellett Club in Finland. Great people and a wealth of Bellett knowledge.
Please keep as informed of your progress. More pics. would be nice also.

PR91 Welch plugs are 1.25" diameter - (must be a carry over from Hillman days! ) not 32mm (very close but not quite!)

Probably have to "make do" with something from an Antique Rubber business.......with a scalpel and good quality rubber cement you would probably surprise yourself with how nice a product you can finish up with.

Maybe the later Deluxes were equipped with "factory " fan type heaters ......I had a '69 ? (strip tailight) Deluxe at one stage and I thought it had a Fan /Heater.....maybe I am wrong.....Someone here will know......

Probably a local fitted heater with the cable/control operating the water tap. I installed an Australian heater (after-market but to suit a Bellett) in my new '66.5 Bellett sedan soon after I bought it. There was no fan , just a heater core and a tap. The result was beautiful , especially when ...

While off Bellett talk , here is my current Project - 1967 Prince/Nissan Skyline GTB ......currently working towards a "bare
