Probably an old segment that someone uploaded, about UK regulations that prohibit stunt driving shows, common on the mainland, from touring in the UK.
They start out with the Dancing in Paris commercial advertising campaign for the Isuzu Gemini JT150, driven by the Remy Julienne team.
Then feature a family run auto circus, with plenty of Kadetts.
