Need a garage in a hurry

Post by Glenn »

My neighbours moved in about a year ago and he has many Boy's Toys. He wanted to build another garage in the back to store them (I might add he already has 5 garages in the house itself, 3 one side, 2 the other). The next neighour is going to build a HUGE shed, forget size but its BIG. he already had a 7x12m garage but it was too small so they did a deal. My neighbour could have the old shed, if he moved it himself.

Our neighbour over the road has a business and lots of machines, back hoes, bobcats etc. He said he would move the garage and promptly came over with his crane and lifted the shed over the fence and to it's new concrete pad. (the neighbour getting rid of the shed is a concreter, so he did the pad...... a real neighbourley effort all round!)

I just got home from vsiting my new neighbour on other side. His new garage will hold easily 12 cars.... plus it has a nice room with kitchen sink etc for enjoying TV show etc with mates.... mezanine floor for storage, you name it. He's about to install a 4 poster hoist too. Its very tall as well...... hate to think what that cost.
