Hi people,
The Bay to Birdwood entrant packs are ON THEIR WAY.
I got mine yesterday in the post, as did some other locals, so interstaters should get theirs within the next couple of days.
If nothing else, MAKE SURE you bring your entrant number, and the "Isuzu Bellett" windscreen thing. I'll endeavor to have some sticky tape handy at the Nationals so we've got some means to stick the buggers to the windows!
If you've got the space, bring a fold-up chair for each bum coming - if not that's no sweat, but it will make things easier at Birdwood if you feel like sitting down. Personally, I don't think they'll be time! Cars to see! People to talk to! MORE cars to see!!!!
Yay!!!!!!!!!!!
Dave

Already running into Bellett Nationals people in Adelaide... Hi Lindsay, stop buy all the Bellett stuff at the swap meet!
Fingers crossed on the weather too. Today is bucketing rain, blowing a gale and I think I can hear thunder again.
Here's to a sunny weekend!
Cheers,
Ross

Inside story on the weather. Another couple of wild and wooly days but moderating towards the weekend. maybe isolated showers early Saturday but mainly souh of Adelaide. Then fine, but cool to mild with some cloud on Sunday. Perfect breezy day.
You've spotted some guests Ross, what a hoot !!
Yeah, i was driving in the hills in the worst of it today, and whatching lightning bolts hit'n the ground in the paddock.

I hope, to FUCK (excuse french) that the weather is good.
I put too much effort in for the weather to turn out like this.... I am just hoping that God likes Belletts.....
I mean... why wouldn't He?
Anyway, the Gawler Swap Meet was on last weekend and Lindsay Kahler was there as well as Monnie and her partner, Jason.
I actually said to Ross not to worry about getting their early as we're normally the only people looking for Bellett parts, however with Lindsay and Monnie both on the prowl we had some competition!!!!
Lindsay got some badges and a brochure, so that was good.
I bought a Chev LUV hupcap, which is the same as a Wasp hub cap except with a Chev bowtie badge embossed on it (for the shed, not for the Wasp) as well as an old book and some other crap.
All up it was a MASSIVE swappy and even Craig-who-loves-Colts got something.... A Colt!
Cheers kiddies we'll see you in a few days.
