I hate that my first post on this site is a query of someone elses opinion, but I am pretty sure G200Z, G180Z and G200W cranks are identical.
I put a G200W crank and G180Z crank side by side on the weekend and could not pick a difference. I would only know definitely if I bolted one up.
The only difference I could see is the fitting on the pully end. A Z motor has a worm gear to drive the oil pump, single row timing gear and a short pulley boss. A W engine is fitted with a double timing chain gear and a long pulley boss. But these bits are interchangeable.
Rods I don't know.
