Original Radio?

Post by 2ldohc »

1970's 1500 Deluxe Sedan

http://www.j-spec.com.au/list/index.php?ID=10658

J-spec have this sedan listed for sale on their site and although it is listed as a 1969 model it has the full flow through ventilation, orange parker/indicators under the front bumper and the shorter bonnet so I think that makes it 1970 or so.

The main reason I'm posting the link is that it appears to have the original radio in it. As it only has 21000km's on the clock this is a reasonable assumption... It also has the head rest seats with 'Bellett' on the back like BellettPR10's in the States.

Anyway, I can't seem to attach the photo's here so head to the above link and have a look!

Cheers,
Ross.

wow, that was wildly expensive! Hard to tell if it's original...backing plate seems to be the right shape tho, as if it was specifically Bellett-dash shaped.

This car answers no questions!!!!!

That speedometer is from GTR/1800 GT with 220km/h. I ordered a few of those from Isuzu Motors Ltd in 90´s. So, maybe this car has gone a little more than the speedometer says... But nice looking Bellett. Seats and the dust covers on the wheels are from GT too. It must be 1971 or newer, because it has orange blinker lences on front. At least in Finland we had clear lences in 1970.

Or this is some kind of hybrid as nearly all Bellett are
