Japan to USA

Post by Cali-gal »

Hi gang! I am one of those USA owners.

Wish my Bellett looked as good as when I first brought it back from Japan (see photo).

I will be fixing it up soon. Sigh ... I don't have it in me to post the "now" photos - at least not here and not yet.

No need to be shy about showing photo's here.

We're not judgemental here. Even if a car has been let go a little.
We just love to see they are still out there.

Go on give us a look at it, I have almost finished my rebuild from almost basket case and never took any picks of it before I started, and wish I had. Mighty good feeling when finished. We had one similar colour at Coona Nats a few weeks back. Your car sure looks nice in photo. :D

Still great to have a GT and looks like a late 68 with the twin front lights and high back seats.
They are very rare in the US.

Good luck with the re-build. keep us posted with pics please.

One of my sedans looks about 1% as good as the GT in the photo... and I still drive it. In fact, it drives really well and is excellent!

So yeah, no primadonnas in Bellett world; run what you brung!
