Hi, Im Josh and love cars, fishing and any kind of sport that involves a motor, :D but mainly a gemini enthusiest, I own two zz/z's one bog stock factory spec and the other a project that im planning to use a G180W from a zz/r half cut that I have, also I have a VR ute with a fun 355 stroker in it, and a VZ Berlina as my daily hack.

Im hoping to find out sum info here about undertaking the engine build on the G180W as I dont know much yet about the twin cams or efi and engine managment., (played/built a with a few SOHC's carby) so any snippets of info would be great.

Welcome to the shed Josh, there are a few Gemmy boys knocking about here and your just as welcome too.
I'm sure you'll find the odd tid bit of knowledge or info that is of help too. Seems you've allready found some parts.

Hey Josh, glad you joined up!

Plenty of guys on here have worked on the twin cams and can fill you in on the details and pitfalls of rebuilding them!

As for the efi system the factory one isn't too bad but you can't tune it so I'd hit up a delco system. If you want further info 'antus' is running a 2 litre twin cam in his TX Gemini coupe with Delco efi so if you need info or a hand let us know :)
