I am now ready to release my small range of Bellett Badges to those in need. Although I am still experimenting in casting 1600GT badges in alloy, I have replicated the original diecast design and thickness with laminated plastic engraving plate on my Roland engraving machine (Now theres a Bellett just there) that I have used in conjunction with my Picture Framing business since 2007. My next one will be the long "Bellett" badge. Although I should be able to make the "1500" badge, I can't think of a way to create the thick chrome plated edges. They may have to have black edges. Check out the photos and prices below:

I like the look of the key chain. Now I need to either find a flat headed screwdriver with a hole drilled in the handle, or find a lock cylinder with a working key in it, and I will be able to use a key chain.
The glass finish is the old style baked on clear finish?

They DO look fantastic!
Might have to raid the money box!
J.T., I take it you habe an ign lock cylinder? If so Dominion locks of Canada produced a key blank that is still available some places. You can take them to a locksmith & they skould be able to cut a key to match the lock. OR I could send you an old key & the smithy should be able to alter the tumblers to match the key.
Good luck.
Cheers, Matt.

Hey Lewis,
Got the badges they look great, I have just returned form 2 weeks in NSW Country regions so I did not get them until today, Sunday.
Day off tomorrow, that will give me time to fit it up.
Thank you, I will fix the dollars this week when I get back to Sydney.
GREAT work, thank you.
