Prince Skylines 50th

Not a Bellett event but I noticed that Prince Skyline clubs are having their 50th Anniversary of the Prince, nationals at Mildura, May 1-5

Found this in Herald Sun Carsguide 'what's on' page. Could be nice to publicise the Bellett 'do' also in there also, at appropriate time.

Glenn, just wondering if Ross is going to this event with his 66 Prince Skyline?? Fantastic appearance at the Adelaide Motorsport Festival ! Look at "Weekend Warriors" in "Off Topic Nonsence" and you will see photos of the Adelaide version of a mini Goodwood Revival

Glen - well worth publishing in the 'What's On' section of the Cars Guide - it is most surprising how many people actually called me up and told of prior history with Prince cars. All from an event ad! A simple email to Cars Guide and it was in for consecutive weeks.
Well worth it for any events that any of the groups associated on this forum might undertake!

I should have been part of it - I have the ingredients , I have just got to find the time to transform them into my example of one of those beautiful Skylines. I think mine more than deserves a new start in life after around 30 years in storage after a half started resto. job. Those pics. make me keen.................

Have not got any good pics , lost them in a bit of a "computer crash " . Will have to wheel the Prince out and take a couple more pics. at some stage. Prince Super Miler is next in line to be finished ( very little left to do on it ) ,hopefully after the Bellett Nats..

Don't worry about being on a Bellett page, I for one love to see them.
I was offered a Skyline at the Bay to Birdwood. Unfortunately the bank account said no, but its in the family! And that is avery good thing. Never know, the bank account may well change at some stage.

Hi guys, I would have loved to come to this but unfortunately I was in Tasmania doing the Targa thing!

Great pics and looks like it was a great event!

Fingers crossed I might make it to the next Skyline nationals or another event with more than one Prince at it

I've attached a couple of pics from Mallala two weekends ago and one from the AMF that Bruno mentioned. Both great days for different reasons and both with annoying mechanical problems...
