TIE ROD ENDS

I was in the wreckers the other day and saw a couple of tie rod ends.......... CAUTION, i have no idea if these actually fit but they look similar in size to Bellett. Info given as is... ! Might be worth checking further if one has a spare steering arm ( I don't) to try the fit, and if ok, measure up length, thread size etc.

Guys,
Did anyone get to check these out ?
Or does anyone know of any other tie rod ends out there that we can use on a Bellett ?

The critical part is the taper. The thread section can be overcome with an adapter if needed.

Yep
They Could be the ones....
I'm trying to find a longer solution for all by finding cheap readily available alternative.....
Much like the brake upgrade....
Thinking long term so we can keep enjoying our little cars

Brake upgrade is already done.
Why reinvent the wheel?

Finally found the add in Japan
$388 + Postage is the starting bit.......
So my point wasn't specifically relating to the brake upgrade as such rather to find a cheap, readily available alternative to the NOS Bellett tie rod ends for standard vehicles....

The part number 44350-370 is the genuine number for sedans and GT's up to '66.5.
After that date it is 44350-418. According to Isuzu there is NO interchange.
They changed the steering arm at the same time. If I had a used arm and end off of a
vehicle I would use both to be safe. But. Before I do. I would check the history of the donor
and also check dimensions.
Isuzu did quite a lot of changes in the front end around certain chassis numbers and dates. '66/'67.
I haven't got any parts for the steering and suspension for vehicles prior to "66.5 so I'm not able to
compare. Maybe somebody with access to these parts might be able to check.

Well done. You are worth your weight in gold.
Is a bulk order going in, or every one for themselves?

Mike is a top bloke
He does ask that someone fit and test drive to be 100% sure no hang-ups
We are pretty damn sure all will be good though for early models as I supplied 66-67 rod ends as in picture as well as steering arms off the spindles
Bulk order would be welcomed though
That's up to you guys from here
