Ok folks..... Who's off to PI for the Classic this weekend?
The BCCV have had 2 cars invited into the Expo Shed for display, so we'll be represented to a huge audience of over 40,000 people at the event.
Not only are members from Vic heading down, but we also have members from NSW AND SA making the trip, so let's all get along and not only welcome our interstate visitors, but also enjoy the biggest event in classic racing in the southern hemisphere.
There's over 500 race cars in action from Friday, and Sunday sees near on 2500 cars on show along the front straight.
Yep, it's huge and not to be missed.

Either either Glenn, but I'd recommend Sunday. That's the really big day there, and I know Jason and the Prince boys will be there too.
We're down Friday as I have to get the cars in that arvo. The NSW and SA guys arrive Friday as well and are staying with us. Will be a big weekend! We all head home on Monday.

I should be coming along too, but must honour my previous commitment to the Boorowa Show. It sounds like a great time coming up, so I hope you all have fun. Please take many photos and load 'em up!
Cheers Matt.

Another great weekend at the PI Classic as always.
In fact, I reckon maybe the best ever.
Had ALOT of interest in the cars. Actually had 3 on display, being 1 of each variant (Sedan, GT and Wasp).
Met some Bellett "royalty" a couple of times during the event too, and had multiple long chats about different things, inc Bellett's. Was more than interesting to say the least.
We had a great group together this year inc Be, Wal, Gaz, Dennis, Dave, Ross, Ant, Gav, Craig, Daz being BCCV members and/or forum users, as well as Scotty, Coxy, and Sean.
All up, 14 people from 4 states (Qld, NSW, Vic and SA), for 3 days, and all had a bloody ball.
Also bumped into Jonesy from Tas a few times as he was pit crewing on a car as well.
If you weren't there, ask yourself why...... Because you definitely missed out.

Dave & Marg stopped by on their vanning trip also, on the Saturday and told me to let you know they were so close but couldn't easily divert to the island. They are now somewhere along the Great Ocean Road.........the far end.
