Former Bellett owner looking for my old car...

Hi all

Just wanted to introduce myself. I used to own two Belletts - 20-25 years ago! A 68 auto which was stock and later a 65 manual which I did up with a Gemini 5-speed and twin 40mm Webers. She went well and looked great after I resprayed her white with black trim, although I always wished I'd been able to keep her original.

Anyway, I sold her to a guy in Queanbeyan in 1987 and was wondering whether she's still around and, if so, what condition she's in.

If anyone knows, I'd be grateful to hear more.

I'm also looking a bit of a project car for myself and my son to work on, and thought a nice straight Bellett would be the ideal start. Does anyone know of one for sale in the Sydney area (anywhere between Newcastle and Canberra)? If so, would love to hear from you.
